2025

No doubt 2024 was a transformational year for myself and my family. I had no idea what God was going to do, and I am still blown away by how he has provided more than I thought possible.

I will never forget when I came home from work the one day and just said flat out to my wife “Babe I am quitting my job, and I am doing Art full time” she turned around in the kitchen and looked me up and down and just said OKAY let’s do it and have you prayed about it? I said yes and I received a pretty clear answer. You see I never realized how important it would be to have a God-fearing wife until you put your faith to the test. I quit my full-time comfortable job as the sole provider or our family to be an Artist at one the most financially straining times in our country, but God is bigger.

How fitting that my last painting of the year would be of my wife for her Birthday.

My wife and I made a pact that we would try and bless others as much as possible with this Blessing. God provided and he provided and kept providing. We were able to give away Fine Art and Financially bless Organizations that we believe in. Every time we gave there was a sinking feeling of oh man this is a lot for us, but God was working through my wife and she affirmed my questioning and just said “God has got us this far and we need to honor that.” God kept coming through. Even in my doubts he kept providing.

As we moved closer to the end of 2024, I contemplated a lot of those fears and anxieties I had felt through all of this, and I felt peace in knowing that I will never be free from those feelings, but that God is so much bigger than all of it.

From the bottom of my heart thank you for making this all possible!

My prayer for you in the year ahead is that you take my little story and incorporate it into your own life. Do what God has put on your heart and pray relentlessly. Be reminded that 2 to 3 generations of your ancestors from now might not even know your name. We will all be forgotten at some point. The goal should not be just a legacy but a relationship with Jesus. Introduce your ancestors and children to the one true God. That is the only thing that will last the test of time in this life and the next. We get caught up in wanting our memories to live on when we have already been given a free gift of salvation. Go out and follow your dreams and be a blessing to others but don’t forget what and who has given you the opportunity in this life. Cheers to 2025 and many blessings to you all!
